Position Overview The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house area, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth team performance, and high operational standards.

The role involves supervising staff, managing service, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating effectively with the kitchen and management team.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional, and personalized experience.

Supervise, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during service.

Allocate staff sections and coordinate daily floor operations.

Monitor service quality, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure efficient service.

Ensure tables, service areas, and front-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and presented to company standards.

Monitor reservations, table management, and guest flow.
