At Julius Rutherfoord & Co, we’re looking for a Divisional Director to lead a portfolio of client contracts and develop the Operations Managers responsible for delivering them.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping divisional performance, strengthening client relationships and driving operational excellence, profitability and growth.
What will you be responsible for?
Leadership & Development – Coach and develop Operations Managers, build accountability, strengthen leadership capability and create a strong pipeline of future talent.
Portfolio Performance – Take ownership of service delivery, client satisfaction, people outcomes, health and safety, and commercial results across the division.
Client Relationships & Growth – Build trusted relationships with senior clients, lead complex reviews and escalations, strengthen contract retention and identify opportunities to grow our partnerships.
Commercial Leadership – Own divisional financial performance, understand the drivers behind costs and profitability, and make confident, evidence-based decisions.
New Business & Mobilisation – Provide senior operational input into tenders, pricing, new contract mobilisations, renewals and complex contract transitions.
Continuous Improvement – Drive innovation, operational improvements and our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments across the portfolio.
