The Assistant supports the Relationship Manager (RM) with their Intermediary and end-client related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include handling the onboarding of end-client relationships, as well as maintaining contracts and documentation in the respective systems. The Assistant provides prompt and complete assistance to the RM, tracks dossiers and follow up documentation. The RM relies on the Assistant to process various requests and enquiries, e.g. relating to Portfolio Reporting, Legal & Compliance, Tax, Structures, Credits, etc. The Assistant is involved in the on-going information exchange with the RM and Team Leader regarding the course of business. The Assistant is also responsible for accurate, efficient and timely processing of payments, trade orders, as well as documenting EAM / end-client instructions and performing call-backs.

Key Tasks of this Role

  • Administrative support to the RM and Team Leader
  • Opening & closing of Intermediary relationships and technical relationship maintenance
  • Opening & closing of end-client accounts
  • Ensuring client KYC records are maintained to the highest standards
  • Trouble shooting and close bank-internal cross-teams/divisions collaboration
  • Support with the completion of client periodic reviews and trigger events
  • Operational support to the RM in Intermediary relationship maintenance and servicing
  • Processing of Intermediary / end-client instructions / enquiries incl. signature check & quality assurance
  • Execution of single & bulk order trades, payments, forex transactions, fixed deposits, etc.
  • Documentation of e-mail & telephone instructions and tracking of dossiers
  • Performing call-backs
  • Training Intermediaries to use Baer®Online and support them via 'Baer®Online Hotline'
