What you will do:
Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and a waitlist with efficiency and grace
Maintain an exceptional level of customer service
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Assist the reservations manager in maximising bookings
Upsell menu items in a friendly and natural way
