Up to £17 per hour
Notting Hill, London
Thursday to Sunday availability is mandatory.
What you will do:
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and a waitlist with efficiency and grace
- Maintain an exceptional level of customer service
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Assist the reservations manager in maximising bookings
- Upsell menu items in a friendly and natural way
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence, professionalism, and a welcoming personality
- Ability to multitask under pressure, especially during peak hours
- Passion for food, wine, and cocktails
- Operational knowledge of Seven Rooms is a must
- Impeccable grooming and a keen eye for detail
- A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
