Our client specialises in supporting UK-based SMEs with outsourced financial services, including Accounts and VAT, and has an existing portfolio ready for you to manage and expand. Responsibilities for the Tax Director Run the Tax service line, with responsibility for key strategic decisions around growth – both in terms of the revenue stream and the headcount numbers Manage and prepare tax deadlines and returns, including both Personal and Corporate Tax elements. Assist with drafting Statutory accounts with regard to taxation notes and disclosures for review by the finance team. Work on areas including CT returns, Transfer pricing, VAT, Personal tax returns, ERS submissions, EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credit, P11D’s and PSA submissions.
