Job Title: Receptionist Location: Orpington Hours: Part-time: 15 hours per week (Thursday & Friday) Salary: £11,000 / £14.10 per hour JRRL are looking for a Receptionist for a client in Orpington, working two days per week (Thursday and Friday) you’ll deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. You’ll manage the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional, and handle various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist Answer and direct telephone calls and emails promptly and courteously Promote company’s professional image when interacting with clients, visitors, and staff Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and equipped as needed Undertake roles of Fire Marshall and Emergency First Aider Assist with stock management for catering and stationery supplies Participate actively as a member of the Facilities Management team Skills and Experience needed for the Receptionist Conscientious and organised with keen attention to detail Discrete and professional with excellent personal presentation Flexible, with the ability to cover early mornings and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook Enthusiastic, with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills Although this role is predominantly working on reception Thursday and Fridays, you may be required to work other days mid-week on the odd occasion. This is a part time (Thursday and Friday), permanent receptionist role. This role is a part-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate\’s level of experience
