Overview

JRRL are delighted to be working with a local construction company, who, over the last 10 years have seen some considerable growth and are now looking to recruit for a Contracts Administrator in a permanent role. In this role, you will be working closely with and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Working within a team of administrators, you will be expected to manage engineer diaries, book engineer appointments, process engineer jobs and to liaise with clients; plus, other duties listed below.

  • Manage engineer diaries
  • Booking of engineer appointments
  • Processing of engineer jobs
  • Liaison with the client
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Liaison with tenants
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Data inputting
  • Obtaining quotations and information for tenders
  • Working closely with Contract Managers
  • Produce contract reports
  • Ordering materials

Qualifications
