About the Role: As the Executive Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of the office, taking on responsibilities that keep the business running efficiently while safeguarding quality standards. You’ll be the go-to person for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication, coordination, and organisation are seamless. Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties with professionalism and warmth. Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Support the Directors with diary management, meeting coordination, and deadline tracking. Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for site visits, preparing Directors thoroughly. Produce accurate correspondence, reports, and specifications. Maintain digital and physical filing systems to a high standard. Manage project drawings and document flows to safeguard critical information. Oversee the weekly workload schedule and ensure team alignment. Track diary sheets and monitor team availability. Support quality assurance, audits, compliance, and CPD training bookings. Assist in creating marketing materials, case studies, CVs, brochures, and website updates. Contribute to enhancing the company’s profile via social media and client communications. Provide support to the Business Manager across various teams. Keep office and resource areas organised for a professional working environment.
