You will be joining an established and supportive team who will help you succeed in your role. You will receive support throughout your on boarding as well as regular training and development. Your responsibilities for the Customer Services Administrator role will include: Providing support services for colleagues in various locations First point of contact for customers calling with enquiries Responding to requests for information in a professional manner via email Formatting documents Database updating Working as a team to ensure that service standards are met Skills and experiences for the Customer Services Administrator role: Previous experience within an admin-based role or customer service Excellent telephone manner Strong written and oral communication skills Good customer service skills This Customer Service Administrator role is an exciting opportunity for a positive and passionate individual looking for a company that provides good training and career opportunities.
