JRRL are seeking a dedicated and proactive Course Administrator to join their client. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting students throughout their learning journey and ensuring the smooth administration of high-stakes assessments.

Key Responsibilities for the Course Administrator:

  • Oversee and coordinate a diary of e-assessment contracts, seeking opportunities to maximise these where possible.
  • Support, motivate, and encourage students to achieve their training and career goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Manage, download, administer, and invigilate high-stakes examinations in compliance with all policies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for students and exam candidates, addressing queries promptly.
  • Support students throughout their studies, resolving issues and offering guidance.
  • Develop rapport with students, celebrate their successes, and promote their welfare.
  • Monitor student progression, conduct discussions to overcome learning barriers, and facilitate timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.
  • Achieve performance KPIs to uphold high standards of service and delivery.
  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms to engage and inform the community.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management and operations of the training centre.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the company\’s objectives.
