Job Description

JRRL are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and developing HR knowledge and skills across management levels.

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

  • Provide trusted HR guidance to managers and employers on performance management, employee relations, and personal development.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and ensure matters are resolved promptly and appropriately.
  • Oversee recruitment activity to support effective talent acquisition for business growth.
  • Review HR systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement agreed changes.
  • Support the implementation of a cloud-based payroll solution.
  • Support compensation planning, promotion cycles, benefits reviews, and renewal processes.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and support effective use of the systems.
  • Present people insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Person specification of the HR Business Partner:

  • Substantial experience as an HR professional, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong ability to understand company’s strategic objectives, mission, and workforce priorities.
  • Ability to work within a changing and flexible organisation.
  • Willingness to travel to other sites in UK and Ireland.
