JRRL are looking for a Policy Administrator to join our clients busy Commercial Insurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration of Commercial insurance policies, including issuing quotes, renewals, policy documents as well as checking and maintaining accurate records of customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Quote letters and collating policy documents to send to customers by email and post
- Prepare and send documentation, policy updates, and renewal notices
- Assist the broking team in chasing renewal instructions and payments
- Assist with customer queries and enquiries and email inbox management
- Assisting with broking team co-ordinating claim information and follow ups
- Liaising with Insurance companies when necessary
- Liaising with the premium finance company
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months Insurance experience
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent admin skills
- Excellent IT skills with ability to learn new software quickly
- Must be competent in Word, Excel including formulas
