JRRL are looking for a confident Administrator to train as a Case Handler for their client in Sidcup. The right individual will be confident with Microsoft packages and have excellent administration and customer service skills.

Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (hybrid after probation, 2 days working from home)

Main Duties for the Administrator to train as a Case Handler:

  • Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with analysing a personal effect insurance claim made by a policymaker
  • Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
  • Monitoring the progress of the claim
  • Investigating potentially fraudulent claims
  • Handling any complaints associated with the claim
  • Liaising throughout the insurance claim with claimants, Insurers etc.
  • Evaluating claims for reasonableness and recoverability under the subject policy in accordance with required claim practices and procedures
  • Ensuring the customer is treated fairly and they receive excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines

Person specification for the Administrator to train as a Case Handler:

  • Good organisational and numeracy skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative
  • Friendly and helpful approach
  • Eager to learn new skills

This Administrator role is a full-time permanent role. The starting salary is £22,500 and full training will be given. You would ideally have administration and office experience and a good standard of Microsoft packages to be considered for this job. This is a company that likes to train and progress their staff.
