JRRL are looking for an administration assistant to join this growing company in the heart of Bromley. You will be joining a dynamic and vibrant team who aim to provide exceptional service to their clients. This is an office based role in central Bromley, lovely office with a good community spirit.
Duties for the Administration Assistant:
- Be the first point of contact for office-related matters for staff and visitors
- Monitoring email to respond to any client or employee queries
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records
- Sending and follow up of Contracts and Proposals
- Formatting, editing and processing reports
Person Specification for the Administration Assistant:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of administration experience
- Confident using the Office suite of applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to the changing needs of a growing company
This is a full time, permanent office based role. The higher end of the salary scale would be for someone with more experience.
