JRRL have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator for our client based in Orpington. This role will support the Procurement team with all aspects of the procurement process.  Duties for the Administrator: Administrative support – typing correspondence, reports, minutes. Answering filtered calls, photocopying/printing, updating spreadsheets. Diary and inbox management – ensuring Outlook calendars are up to date, administering multiple email accounts including procurement and resident inboxes. Quality assurance – amending and formatting documents whilst undertaking quality checks to ensure that all documentation are consistent, up to date and complies with practice administrative standards and style guide. Supporting the team with the preparation of tenders and answering tender clarifications and compliance checks on tender document submissions form contractors. Printing and collating Contracts for issue to Contractors and Clients. Researching potential procurement clients. Responding to requests from applicants for documentation, additional information, feedback, etc. Person Specification for the Administrator: Previous administration and customer service experience. High attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Suite – Intermediate Excel an advantage Analytical  Excellent communicator. Hours: 9am to 5:30pm The Administrator is a full time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate's level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role's requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
