Job Description

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is either currently studying AAT or looking to begin their AAT qualification. You'll be joining a close-knit, family-oriented team where your contributions are valued, and your development is genuinely encouraged.

Main Duties for the Accounts Administrator:

  • Processing weekly & monthly expenses on Xero
  • Processing purchase invoices on Simpro
  • Statement reconciliations and processing payments
  • Dealing with purchase disputes
  • Collating overtime hours for monthly payroll
  • Processing holiday forms
  • Processing sickness forms
  • Processing uniform and PPE requests

Person Specification for the Accounts Administrator:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management/organisation skills
  • Friendly and helpful
  • Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • IT literate including Excel

This Accounts Administrator role is a full-time permanent role offering career progression, a supportive team environment and study support.  The starting salary is £22,500 and full training will be given.  This is a company that like to train and progress their staff.
