Main Duties for the Accounts Administrator:
- Processing weekly & monthly expenses on Xero
- Processing purchase invoices on Simpro
- Statement reconciliations and processing payments
- Dealing with purchase disputes
- Collating overtime hours for monthly payroll
- Processing holiday forms
- Processing sickness forms
- Processing uniform and PPE requests
Person Specification for the Accounts Administrator:
- Strong communication skills
- Time management/organisation skills
- Friendly and helpful
- Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- IT literate including Excel

This Accounts Administrator role is a full-time permanent role offering career progression, a supportive team environment and study support. The starting salary is £22,500 and full training will be given. This is a company that like to train and progress their staff.
