JRRL are seeking an Account Handler to join their client based in Bromley.

This is a client facing role to service and manage existing and new insurance policies for clients.
Duties for the Account Handler:
Liaising with clients, taking them through sales process.
Researching and providing new quotations.
Proactively speaking to former clients and previous enquirers to offer quotations at next renewal.
Managing timely renewal of policies and processing the renewal.
Collecting payment and arranging payment where required under finance schemes.
Person Specification for the Account Handler:
Competent with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding the principles of insurance broking dealing with household policies.
Experience of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) protocols.
Understanding of GDPR processes.
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000pa (dependant on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm

This role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate\’s level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role\’s requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above
