We are a successful, independent estate agency based in Kenilworth seeking an enthusiastic Administrative, Sales & Client Support Officer to join our friendly and busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, customer service, marketing support, and working closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

This is a multi-faceted position supporting both the administrative and sales functions of the business.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration & Office Support
  • Managing and maintaining our property database and shared systems.
  • Booking valuation appointments and property viewings.
  • Adding and updating applicant and vendor records.

β€’ Preparing properties for marketing, including

  • Property descriptions and details.
  • Uploading photographs and floorplans.
  • Creating bespoke property brochures.
  • Managing EPC documentation.
  • Maintaining customer records and compliance documentation.
  • Completing administrative forms and required checks.
  • Monitoring office stationery supplies and placing orders when required.
  • Preparing client communications and mail merges.
  • Supporting the team with marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Updating website content and social media channels.
  • Accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings.
  • Obtaining and communicating viewing feedback to vendors.
  • Handling enquiries from vendors, applicants, buyers and the general public.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey.

About You

We're looking for someone who is

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, professional and client-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Confident learning and using software systems
  • Positive, proactive and adaptable in a busy environment

Experience

  • Estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, office management, or marketing would be highly valued.
