Julia's House is seeking a Team Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, in both Hospice and Community settings.
You will have experience in assessment, planning and evidence-based care, with autonomous decision-making and on-call rota participation. Opportunities for training and development are noted in the role.
