Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and committed Community Fundraiser to join our Wiltshire fundraising team. We want someone who is passionate about making a difference in their local community.
If you are a real people person, organised, have excellent communication skills and looking for a job like no other, we want to hear from you.
You will love building relationships, public speaking and working closely with volunteers. You will be capable of inspiring and influencing others, carrying out your own project management and administration. You will also use your creative skills to develop and implement innovative ideas for generating income.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining a diverse range of community fundraising supporters, activities and events and provide excellent support and guidance to current and new supporters in their fundraising activities. Engaging with local businesses and a broad spectrum of community groups, you will work to maximise income through building strong relationships within the North Wiltshire Community.
This role will offer hybrid working and hours will be worked daily across the week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, so some flexibility over working hours is key. A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes are essential.
