Julia's House in Wiltshire is seeking a Team Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to children with life-limiting conditions. You will work across Wiltshire, including the homes of the children, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires RSCN/RN (Child Branch) or equivalent, experience with complex needs, and a valid driving licence for business use. An Enhanced DBS check is required. Flexible hours and a permanent 35-hour week are offered.
