Julia's House is looking for a highly organised and compassionate Care Team Administrator to provide vital support to our Family Support Services team and help us deliver the best possible care to children and their families.
In this varied role, you'll provide essential administrative support to the team. You'll coordinate diaries and appointments, manage communications, maintain accurate records and databases, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
About You
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT and database skills.
- A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

This role is based at our Devizes hospice. Occasional weekend working may be required to support Family Support Services and the wider organisation.
