Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Shop Manager to join our friendly retail team.
Working in collaboration with the Shop Manager, this position suits a retail expert with proven experience in creating a brilliant shopping environment and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Run a well‑presented shop with an eye for detail, showcasing creativity and flair to maximise sales and profits.
- Process donations, engage with the community, and deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Recruit, manage and support superstar volunteers.
- Cover holiday and sickness absences, working unsupervised in a methodical and organised manner.
- Plan, organise and communicate effectively, applying sound judgement and working under pressure.
- Ensure awareness of Health & Safety compliance.
