Position Overview
This is a permanent, part‑time Sales Branch Support role based at our Heaton Moor branch. Working Saturdays from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls, accurately registering applicants and gathering detailed information to qualify their requirements.
- Provide excellent front‑of‑house reception services, maintaining high standards of customer care and communication.
- Support viewing representatives throughout the day by providing timely updates, managing information flow, and helping ensure appointments and diary schedules run smoothly and efficiently.
- Answer customer queries directly or arrange appropriate follow‑up when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior admin support experience desirable.
- Confident, professional, and good at dealing with the public.
- Strong IT skills and ability to use property software systems such as Reapit, Outlook, LeadPro, Rightmove and digital signage platforms.
- Full & Clean Driving Licence.
