This is a full-time, permanent position located in Stockport. We are offering a realistic OTE of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Taking ownership of the Property Management function, leading performance, culture and overall direction
- Setting and delivering KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income
- Monitoring performance through data and MI, identifying opportunities to drive improvement
- Leading and developing Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors, supporting progression and high standards
- Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and key client relationships
- Driving growth through improved retention, customer experience and portfolio opportunities
- Providing clear reporting, insight and direction to senior leadership
- Proven leadership experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
- Commercially minded, with experience driving performance, retention and growth
- A strong leader of teams and leaders, able to build and develop high-performing structures
- Confident handling complaints, client relationships and complex situations
- ARLA Qualified (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Highly organised, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
