An exciting opportunity to join my dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Heaton Moor office with a realistic of OTE of £30,000 to £35,000.

- Registering buyers & applicants on toan electronic database.
- Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
- Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
- Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
- Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed.
