This is a permanent, full-time position located in Heaton Moor, Stockport. We are offering a realistic OTE of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.

The role:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition
  • Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals
