Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the Property Management function, leading performance, culture and overall direction
  • Set and deliver KPIs across retention, renewals, rent reviews and income
  • Monitor performance through data and MI, identifying opportunities to drive improvement
  • Lead and develop Team Leaders, Property Managers and Inspectors, supporting progression and high standards
  • Act as the escalation point for complex issues, complaints and key client relationships
  • Drive growth through improved retention, customer experience and portfolio opportunities
  • Provide clear reporting, insight and direction to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
  • Commercially minded, with experience driving performance, retention and growth
  • Strong leader of teams and leaders, able to build and develop high-performing structures
  • Confident handling complaints, client relationships and complex situations
  • ARLA Qualified (or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Highly organised, able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
