We\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join us as a Fleet Coordinator. This is a full time, permanent position located in London 4 days a week in our Liverpool Street office and the option to work from home 1 day a week. The salary for this role is £27,000 – £29,000 per year.
Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Supporting our Senior Fleet Manager in day to day duties with inbox management, supplier meetings, compliance requirements, regional stakeholder meetings, and general account management
- Facilitating the timely resolution of all vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair requirements and ensuring vehicle downtime and costs are kept to a minimum.
- A first line in response fielding inbound requests to support colleagues and suppliers in management of the Fleet dealing with queries, repairs, maintenance, vehicle deployment, fines and fuel
- To work closely with the Finance team in managing costs, understanding billing, handling any disputes, and problem solving to resolve accounting issues
- Close communication with our regional brands ensuring accurate reporting and communication of key information, policy, and any legislative change
- Maintaining accurate records and a trail of activity with key dates and targets
- Ensuring regular reporting of key Fleet activity including insurance claims, telematics, repairs, maintenance, parking and tolls
- Assist working with our Acquisitions team in their regular project work to ensure activity progression and the seamless transition of new entities into the Lomond corporate structure
Required Skills And Experience
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Efficient time management ability and proven track record of a multifaceted role
- Familiarity following protocol, procedure, compliance, and a host of varying workflows
- Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively as part of a team
- An eye for detail, with an ability to think laterally and problem solve
- Experience managing suppliers, ensuring service provision is carefully monitored
- Ideally a background or experience within a Fleet management team
