Landlord Relations & Property Care Manager in Manchester

Julian Wadden & Co Limited in Heaton Moor, Stockport is seeking a Property Relationship Manager to join our lettings team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on building strong landlord relationships and delivering proactive, high-quality service.

You will make regular check-in calls with landlords, renew and negotiate tenancy agreements, organise inspections, inventories and check-outs, and coordinate maintenance works to protect our clients' interests.
