Job Role: Supported Housing Worker

Salary: £25,235 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Bath

Additional information:

  • Participation in an on-call, out-of-hours rota

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Supported Housing Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting individuals with complex needs who may have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, substance misuse, domestic abuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system.

You’ll be working within a dynamic service that offers medium to high-level support, tailored to each person’s unique journey. With a caseload of up to 10 clients, you’ll build meaningful relationships, deliver person-centred support, and empower individuals to recognise their strengths, grow in confidence, and move towards independent living.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and deliver personalised support plans and risk assessments to help clients thrive.
  • Champion safeguarding by following policies and procedures to keep everyone safe.
  • Empower clients by offering advice, information, and support to connect them with the right services.
  • Maintain accurate client records using our system, INFORM.

Since job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the post holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience working with people who may have complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
  • Able to build effective relationships with clients and services.
