This role supports the Real Estate Finance (REF) business plan by providing efficient administrative support, ensuring accurate record keeping and data reporting for REF customers. It supports day-to-day lending activities, including loan administration, financial transactions, and Direct Debit collections, helping to ensure loans are serviced accurately and clients receive a high standard of service.
Essential Experience:- Minimum of five grade A-C GCSEs, including Maths and English
- Work experience in general administration
- Ensure that client requirements and service levels are met by providing a timely, efficient, professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner at all times, driving high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide general administration support for day-to-day lending processes.
- Administer financial transactions for loans and associated accounts.
- Administration of regular Direct Debit loan collections at correct levels and in a timely manner to ensure loans are serviced and repaid accurately.
- Undertake production and review of management information relating to REF portfolio and present for approval in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that systems-based records are maintained in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development and Relationships teams to on-board new to bank relationships smoothly and in line with agreed timescales.
- Support the Business Development and Relationship teams to ensure appropriate security items are taken, drawdown processes and KYC research and searches are executed.
- Maintain and develop trusted relationships with key external parties.
- Ensure that on repayment of security items are released, as appropriate.
- Undertake the regular review of the Bank’s appointed panel of Professionals, ensuring that Professional Indemnity cover is updated and is appropriate for the services provided by the Company.
- Administer off-site storage of REF's security items in accordance with current procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Hodge and proactively promote the bank's products and services where appropriate.
