As we continue to expand our product portfolio and digital presence, we are looking for a highly organised and detail oriented Marketing Executive to support the delivery of impactful product launches and marketing campaigns.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing activity across product launches, content creation, photoshoots and digital channels. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating photoshoots, preparing launch materials, writing compelling product copy, and ensuring imagery and content are uploaded accurately and in the correct order across platforms. Please note: this role involves occasional travel to external meetings, events and photoshoot locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Support
    • Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches
    • Write and input product copy including descriptions, features and key selling points
    • Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent across channels
    • Coordinate photography and launch timelines and ensure marketing assets are delivered on schedule
  • Photoshoot Coordination
    • Support the organisation and logistics of product photoshoots
    • Prepare shoot lists, product checklists and briefs
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
    • Ensure imagery is catalogued, named and stored correctly post shoot
  • Content & Imagery Management
    • Upload product imagery in the correct sequence across internal systems and digital platforms
    • Maintain strict attention to detail when inputting SKUs, dimensions and product data
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
    • Manage and organise the marketing asset library
  • General Marketing Support
    • Assist with email campaigns, website updates and trade marketing materials
    • Support social media (LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram), copywriting and scheduling
    • Contribute ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with precision.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice to brand
  • Experience uploading content to websites or product management systems
  • The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
  • A proactive, can-do attitude

Desirable

  • Experience supporting product photoshoots
  • Basic understanding of SEO and product copy optimisation (especially with keywords)
  • Familiarity with PIM platforms and digital asset management systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as occasional travel to off-site meetings, events and photoshoot locations will be required.
