About the Company
Julian Bowen is a leading furniture wholesaler at the forefront of the volume furniture market in the UK and Southern Ireland, based in the East Midlands. We are seeking a permanent, full-time E-commerce Account Co-ordinator to join our ecommerce team.
Role Purpose
As an important member of our team, you will be responsible for looking after several of our ecommerce retailers, ensuring consistent support and regular communication to build relationships and enable growth. You will work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure outputs are of high quality and meet each retailers’ requirements. Ideal candidate will a good eye for detail, strong communication skills, and have experience working within online retailers.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing online content to ensure all imagery and content is accurate and up to date
- Communicating new product launches and tailoring quotes
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to see products through to launch on various e-commerce platforms
- Optimize existing web content to improve and maximise sales potential
- Analyse sales performance and proactively address potential negative trends
- Regular reporting on KPIs to senior management.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working with online retailers
- Strong customer service skills
- Data analysis and KPI reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential
- Proven ability to develop and maintain a close working relationships with customers
- Experience of working with PIM would also be an advantage, but not essential
