We are seeking a highly driven and polished Sales & Lead Manager to manage inbound and outbound sales for luxury serviced apartments within our flagship Aeschi Park Hotel development in Switzerland.

This role is focused on:

  • generating high-quality buyer leads,
  • managing all incoming enquiries, and
  • converting prospects into completed sales.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate sales, luxury property, or hospitality investments, and is comfortable dealing with international high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and source new buyer leads globally (digital platforms, brokers, networks, partnerships)
  • Manage all inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Qualify potential buyers and understand their investment objectives
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM and track all sales activity
  • Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead flow
  • Build relationships with agents, brokers, and referral partners
  • Drive deals through to completion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, hospitality sales, or luxury asset sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle independently
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, or Arabic are a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
