This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Blackpool. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, and handling guests' inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining a professional front desk presence
- Coordinating communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations
Providing an exemplary level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction is a key element of this role. This role also includes a mix of housekeeping services.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism, customer service, and guest relations
- Experience in receptionist duties, including check-in/check-out processes and handling guest queries
- Proficiency in managing reservations and booking systems
- Cleaning of rooms, common areas and laundry
