The Vehicle: JuicyLlama (Software Development Studio)
Do you have the drive, but lack the vehicle? I started my entrepreneurial journey at age six, selling hand-drawn comics on a council estate. I didn’t have resources, but I had hunger. Today, I’ve built businesses generating $30m+ in revenue, moved to paradise in Mallorca, and spend my days doing what I love: writing code and building strategy. Now, I want to do for you what I wish someone had done for me.
I am looking for a CEO to take the reins of JuicyLlama, my software development studio. I have landed the first major client (London based). We have our first remote developer. I have the capital and the experience to mentor you. I need you to drive the car.
The Mission
My personal mission is to create opportunities enabling hidden talent with drive to thrive. I believe grit matters more than pedigree. I don’t care about your university degree, your postcode, or who your parents know. I care about one thing: Can you make things happen?
The Opportunity (The "Venture Builder" Model)
This is not a 9-to-5 job where you clock in and hide. This is a path to ownership.
- Phase 1 (Year 1-2): You run the business. You hunt for clients. You manage the P&L. You earn a modest base salary + a massive 50% of the profits you generate.
- Phase 2 (The Goal): Once you hit agreed performance targets, you don’t just get a bonus—you get 50% equity. We spin this out, and you become the owner of a development studio with a proven track record (worth serious $$$).
Your Thrusters (Values)
To work with me, you need to align with my core values:
- Freedom: We work remotely. We don’t micromanage. You own your time, provided you deliver results.
- Keep It Simple: We challenge complexity. We don’t do "corporate speak." We focus on what moves the needle.
- Equality: We foster co-elevation. We win together. We treat others how we wish to be treated.
- Positivity: Nothing is impossible. When we hit a wall, we climb it.
- Curiosity: You must be obsessed with learning and striving for better.
The Role: The "Hunter"
JuicyLlama is currently a lean operation with one client and one developer. Your job is to take us from 1 client to 10 then from 10 to 100. You will be the face of the company. You will handle sales, business development, and client relationships. You will define the commercial strategy. I will help with technical delivery, and be your mentor/Chairman.
Who You Are
You’re hungry. You might feel you’re able to do more, trapped, frustrated and wanting to do more. You will do whatever it takes to be successful.
You’re a "Hunter." You aren’t afraid of rejection. You’re willing to pick up the phone, send the emails, and close deals.
You’re resilient. You understand that entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster.
Experience: Agency or Tech experience is a bonus, but transferable skills are mandatory. If you’ve run a restaurant, managed a chaotic retail store, or hustled your way through life—we want to talk to you.
The Deal
- Base Salary: Modest (This is a startup environment).
- Upside: 50% Profit Share.
- The Prize: 50% Equity Ownership.
How to Apply
I don’t want a standard cover letter. Send me a video telling me about a time you made something from nothing. Tell me about a time you used grit to overcome a lack of resources. Tell me about yourself, your background, your work experience, your passions and your side hustles. Show me your drive. Let’s make the impossible, possible.
