We are on the path to $100M USD in ARR with 20%+ monthly growth, powering thousands of searches every day and making Juicebox one of the fastest-growing AI SaaS companies in the world. Juicebox has raised over $116M USD in funding from lead investors including Sequoia Capital, DST Global, and NFDG.
You will be part of the founding Account Executive team to open our new London office and help develop Juicebox's European GTM operations. All pipeline is inbound through either our free trial or our demo form; 200+ inbound demos each month. Core customer groups include in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies. Deal cycles are 2-3 weeks (depending on whether the prospect does a trial). There's a large opportunity to upsell our existing 2,000+ customers, many of which have larger recruiting teams. We consistently win against legacy recruiting tech products.
You Have
- Experience closing ACVs of 10K - 50K GBP
- 2+ years experience in SaaS sales
- Track record of exceeding quota (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.)
- Located in or willing to relocate to SF
Nice to Haves
- Have sold to the Head of TA / VP People (or HR more broadly)
- Familiar with Product-Led-Growth (using free sign-ups as your primary channel)
- Experience working in a small GTM team
Compensation
75-90K GBP base salary, based on experience. Uncapped commission.
