Role Overview
As our Senior Account Director, you’ll lead key client relationships, shaping strategy and guiding delivery across multi-channel campaigns. You’re equal parts strategic thinker, creative collaborator, and commercial leader — trusted by clients, respected by teams, and confident making decisions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Develop and present strategic marketing plans, campaign proposals, and performance reports.
- Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
- Manage account teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to new business pitches.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project scopes to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management within a creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.
- Experience in automotive and/or FMCG.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale campaigns and managing high-value client relationships.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and creative development processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
