We’re looking for a motivated and personable individual to join a friendly and dynamic team in Trowbridge.

We’re seeking a driven, professional individual with a genuine passion for property and people. You’ll have a confident, approachable manner, a strong work ethic, and the motivation to achieve targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

DAY TO DAY
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Meeting with clients visiting the office
  • Responding to enquiries via e-mail
  • Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for valuation and viewings for both the sales and lettings departments
  • Booking of valuations and viewings
  • Carrying out viewings and providing feedback to vendors
  • Generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Learning how to progress new sales from the point of offer to completion
