Juice Recruitment is pleased to partner alongside a respected accountancy firm in Bristol, in search of a part-time Support Services Assistant. In this vital role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting the Support Services Manager with various administrative tasks.

Day to Day:

  • Assist the Support Services Manager in conducting assignments and ensuring compliance with their procedures.
  • Help complete and submit assignments and returns for all clients within their portfolio by meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Liaise with sub-team members, Job Managers, and Assistants/Seniors to streamline processes and clarify job requirements.
  • Work with the Support Services Manager to evaluate and enhance support processes and procedures for greater efficiency and quality.
  • Support the Support Services Manager in allocating resources effectively to achieve departmental goals.
  • Supporting Reception as required.

We Would Love to See:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with Xero and IRIS.
  • Strong administrator with previous office-based experience.
  • Methodical and accurate in copy typing and administrative tasks.
