SALES ADMINISTRATOR
£15.38 per hour - £30,000 FTE
Temporary until end of January / Early February 2027
Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and established commercial team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role, is confident supporting sales processes and can hit the ground running.
THE ROLE
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider sales and commercial team
- Processing sales orders and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting customers and internal teams with queries, updates and general administration
- Managing and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Preparing reports and supporting the team with sales and commercial information
- Assisting with invoicing, expenses and other finance-related administration where required
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders and customer requirements are processed smoothly
- Managing changing priorities and working to deadlines within a busy environment
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Commercial Administration or similar role
- Confident with order processing and general sales administration duties
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and reporting
- A confident communicator who can liaise with customers and internal teams
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Reliable, proactive and happy to get stuck in
- Available to start immediately and commit through to the end of January / early February 2027

- Flexible start time: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
