Are you immediately available and looking for a long term temp assignment (9 months)? Are you a confident and proven administrator? Juice is working with a fantastic local employer in their search for an Administrator. You will be part of the administration team supporting the sales function of the business. This will be the perfect role for someone who wants to support their team and grow.
DAY TO DAY
- Managing customer enquiries
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Processing invoices through internal system
- Work alongside the sales team to manage the administration of orders
- Keeping customers updated on progress of orders, communicating any delays in a timely manner
- Liaising with multiple teams to ensure timely process
- Working to H&S procedures and ensuring they are adhered to at all times
- General administration as needed
