Are you a customer service super star? Do you have strong administration skills? Juice is proud to be partnering with our fantastic client in their search for someone to join their team as a Service Coordinator. In this role you’ll be an integral part of the team to ensure that the needed work is carried out promptly and correctly.

Day to Day

  • Check all teams have sufficient workload and that all teams have an adequate workload
  • Order stock required for staff out and about
  • Update CRM systems with status updates
  • Quote jobs to prospective customers and follow up with any emails needed
  • Support wider teams in busy periods

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Due to location, a driver is required
  • Confident and proactive communicator
  • Happy in a phone based role
