Juice is thrilled to be supporting a successful and well-established estate agency based in Westbury, in their search for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.
You will act as the first point of contact for the agency managing clients face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically. Full training will be provided, with a focus on career development and an environment that enables you to excel.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing sales enquiries, through telephone, face-to-face, email, and online
- Arranging appointments and bookings with both clients and consultants
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products, and services to generate new businesses
- Ensuring clients receive the best service, keeping in regular communication with them through liaising with relevant sales negotiators
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Attracting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and creating new listings.
- Building your market knowledge
- Generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Handling tenancy applications from the point of offer to completion
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Experience in a Customer Service / Admin position is advantageous but not essential
- A passion for property
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organised with brilliant time management
- A full driving licence will be required and access to your own car to carry out viewings
