Day to day responsibilities:

  • Managing customer and supplier orders from processing through to delivery
  • Monitoring orders closely to ensure timely completion
  • Communicating daily with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email
  • Coordinating deliveries, shipments, and related documentation
  • Managing a high volume of incoming emails
  • Supporting the resolution of customer queries, delivery issues, and payment delays
