Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and growing luxury interiors business with their search for a Showroom Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is confident building relationships and has a genuine interest in interiors and design. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase
- Providing advice on products, pricing, and suitability
- Preparing quotations and arranging deliveries
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing aftersales support and resolving queries
- Updating the CRM system and maintaining accurate customer records
- Making outbound calls and following up with customers
- Supporting the wider showroom team and maintaining a welcoming environment
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident building rapport with customers
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office
- A genuine interest in interiors, design, or luxury products
AND FOR YOU:
- £26-28k + performance bonus (OTE up to £34,200)
