We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Head Office in Bath, with opportunity across our Finance, Sales, Marketing and Legal desks depending on what you're experienced in.
This is a 360 role.
You’ll have an established, warm client base to work from, the backing of a well-known recruitment brand and experienced recruiters around you - but we’ll also give you the opportunity to win new business, build relationships and make your desk your own.
What you’ll be doing Running your own 360 recruitment desk.
Managing and growing an established client base.
Winning new business and developing new relationships.
Picking up the phone and having great conversations with clients and candidates.
Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates.
Taking vacancies from initial brief through to placement.
Building long-term relationships rather than simply filling jobs.
Developing your market and becoming an expert in your sector.
Working alongside a supportive, ambitious and genuinely fun team.
What we’re looking for You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ recruitment experience and be someone who: Is hungry, ambitious and wants more.
Is tenacious and doesn't give up easily.
Enjoys the challenge of 360 recruitment.
Is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to people at every level.
Wants genuine ownership over their desk.
Wants to progress quickly.
