This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly Product Customer Support team, providing first-class support to customers via telephone, email and online tickets.
- DAY TO DAY
- Responding to inbound calls, emails and support tickets.
- Supporting customers with queries relating to the company's products and services.
- Guiding clients through web-to-print platforms and online orders.
- Making outbound calls to improve customer experience and gather feedback.
- Investigating and resolving customer issues, escalating where required.
- Recording customer activity using internal service desk systems.
- Working closely with Production, IT and Product Management teams to resolve queries.
- Supporting Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confidence, patience and diplomacy when dealing with challenging situations.
- A strong team-player mentality and a willingness to learn.
Full training will be provided , so a genuine passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are key.
