The
Role:
As Client Account Manager, you'll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are understood, communicated effectively across the business, and delivered to the highest standard.
You'll work closely with internal teams including Business Development, Production, Commercial and Project Management to ensure seamless service delivery.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account activity, coordinating projects, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and account management activities.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to schedule and prioritise orders.
- Support contract growth by identifying opportunities alongside the Business Development team.
- Monitor client activity, spend and performance metrics.
- Produce regular KPI reports and manage client stock levels.
- Lead client review meetings and manage customer feedback effectively.
- Ensure all client requirements are delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer outcomes.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.
To be successful, you'll have
- Previous experience in a client-facing account management role.
- Knowledge of print services and the lithographic printing process.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities. A process-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the business.
